Field Trips
The Riley County Historical Society & Museum offers group field trips free of charge throughout the year. Visit the main Museum at 2309 Claflin Road to browse three exhibit spaces and learn more about our local history.
Field trips can be tailored for your group to include a tour, trivia, scavenger hunt, or other hands-on and interpretive activities. Trips typically last one hour in length, and there is space in the Museum parking lot to accommodate buses.
We welcome K-12 school groups, homeschoolers, non-traditional students, scout troops, fraternity organizations, and other social clubs to request a tour today!
In addition to the Museum, there are three historic properties onsite available for tours:

- The Hartford House
- The Old Randolph Jail
